Privacy policy
This privacy policy sets out how we use and protect your personal information provided to us through your use of KOOP GO. The administrator of personal data is the company World of Online, s.r.o., with its registered office in Prague 10, Hradešínská 2144/47, IČ 060 63 071, file number C 275458 kept at the Municipal Court in Prague (hereinafter referred to as “WOO”). WOO is committed to ensuring the security of your personal data. All your personal data may only be used in accordance with these personal data protection principles, valid according to the provisions of Article 28 paragraph 3 and paragraph 4 of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of this data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data).
What we collect
The administrator collects and processes the following personal data:
if you decide to participate in the competition via the mobile application as a competitor, WOO processes your personal data in the following scope: e-mail, nickname, IP address
records of any correspondence (in case of contact by the data subject);
For what purpose we process personal data
we will use your personal data only for the purposes for which you have provided it to us (in particular to enable your participation in the competition and the drawing of winnings, enabling you to make contributions to competitions, voting in competitions);
to protect our legitimate interests (in particular to prevent fraudulent behavior, in an effort to prevent and prevent violations of our terms, for the purpose of collecting any claims and to ensure the protection of our legal rights);
we may further use your contact information to ensure our mutual communication and for the purposes of enabling the exercise of your rights in connection with the protection of personal data;
for other specific purposes for which you have given us consent.
The period of retention of personal data is tied to the existence of consent or the duration of the administrator’s business activity (in some cases to the duration of a competition or marketing event).
Technical data to use the application
The application uses the Google Analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). The Google Analytics service uses “cookies” files that enable the analysis of how this application is used by its users. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the application will be transferred by Google to and stored on servers in the United States.
Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating the use of the application and creating reports on its activity, intended for its operator, and for providing other services related to activities in the application. Google may also provide this information to third parties if required by law or if such third parties process this information for Google. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data available to it.
You can refuse the use of cookies by choosing the appropriate settings in your browser, but be aware that if you do so, you may not be able to fully use all the functions of this site. By using this application, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes stated above.

The application may contain bookmarks of social networks (eg Facebook and Instagram). “Social Network Bookmarks” are Internet bookmarks through which users of these networks can collect links and news. These bookmarks are placed in our application only as links to the corresponding social networks. You will be redirected to the site of the given service provider only if you click on the graphic element of the network – only then will the service provider obtain user information. You can find information regarding the handling of your personal data when using social networking sites in the following privacy statement. The use of these services outside the scope of our offer is governed exclusively by the statement on the handling of personal data of the given service provider.
The application may contain links to websites. However, if you use such a link and leave our application, you should be aware that we have no control over these other websites. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information you provide when you visit such sites, and such sites are not subject to this privacy policy.
Where we store your personal data
Your personal data is stored on our secure servers in our IT systems in the Czech Republic. Personal data are collected, processed and stored exclusively on the territory of the Czech Republic and are not and will not be transferred to other countries.
Safety
We are committed to ensuring the security of your personal information. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have implemented appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect and secure the information we collect on the Website. You acknowledge that your personal data that you provide to us will be managed in a systematic and automatic manner using automatic and all other information system tools.
Provision of your personal information
If you win a competition, your contact details may be passed on to a courier or transport service provider for the purpose of delivering the competition prize, and your chosen nickname will be published in the application in connection with the publication of information about the winnings. During the prize presentation, photographs or audio-visual recordings may be taken, which will be published in selected media or disseminated in other usual ways.
In addition, photos that you provide for the competition may be published during photo contests.
Other personal data will not be made available to other persons, except in cases where disclosure is an obligation established by law (e.g. law enforcement authorities, courts) or personal data is made available for the purpose of protecting the administrator’s rights to persons who are legally bound by confidentiality.
Rights of data subjects
When collecting, processing and storing your personal data, we ensure the full extent of the protection of your rights as it follows from the relevant provisions of legal regulations. In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the rights specified below, which you can use at your discretion.
You have the right to access personal data, the right to correct personal data, the right to ask the administrator (WOO, s.r.o.) for an explanation and removal of a defective state (e.g. blocking/restriction of processing, correction, addition or disposal/deletion of personal data). You also have the right to the portability of automatically processed personal data (i.e. to obtain personal data from the administrator and transfer them to another administrator).

YOU CAN OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA DUE TO THE ADMINISTRATOR’S LEGITIMATE INTERESTS AT ANY TIME AND THE PERSONAL DATA WILL BE DELETED, unless the administrator proves serious legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests or rights.
